CHMP Media Fellow Yael Maxwell is taking a closer look at the “Heart Team” concept and what it means in practice for its many members. You’re invited to participate in a survey about your experience and share specifically what works well and what barriers exist to optimal practice. Results will be tallied and incorporated into a feature story for TCTMD and HealthCetera.
